1. The Services

AritheAI provides two distinct products:

AriChat— an AI-powered learning platform for MT4 and MT5, offered to individual users and organisations. AriChat includes features such as AI chat, document upload, quiz generation, learning paths, and certificates.
AriOps— an autonomous AI dealer agent for MT4 and MT5 brokerages, offered to brokerages and other regulated businesses, typically deployed within the customer’s own infrastructure.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice of material changes that adversely affect paying customers.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly at support@aritheai.com of any unauthorised access or security incident affecting your account.

3. Plans, fees, and free trial

AriChat. AriChat is offered on paid subscription plans. A limited free trial (currently one day) may be offered to new users at our discretion. After the trial period ends, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Current plans, features, and prices are described on our pricing page and form part of these Terms.

AriOps. AriOps is offered exclusively to brokerages and similar regulated businesses on paid commercial terms. Pricing, deployment scope, support, and other commercial terms for AriOps are agreed on a per-customer basis in a separate order form, statement of work, or master services agreement, which incorporates these Terms by reference. AriOps is not made available to consumers.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or levies (including VAT), which are your responsibility. We may change our prices, plans, or trial terms at any time; changes affecting an existing paid subscription will take effect at the start of the next renewal term after we notify you.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in your order, are non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time, in which case the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

use the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
upload, submit, or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that contains malicious code;
attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code or underlying models of the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
use the Services to develop or train any competing AI model or service, or to benchmark the Services for the purpose of building a competing product;
interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Services or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data;
circumvent any technical limitations, rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls of the Services; or
use the Services to make automated trading or risk-management decisions in production without your own independent review, controls, and supervision.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any user we reasonably believe has violated these Terms or applicable law.

5. Your content and data

You retain all rights in the documents, files, prompts, and other content you submit to the Services (“Customer Content”). You grant AritheAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to the extent necessary to provide and support the Services, to enforce these Terms, and to comply with law.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights and consents required to submit Customer Content to the Services and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.

We do not use Customer Content to train foundation models. Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. AI output

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate responses, summaries, quizzes, and other outputs (“Output”). Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must independently evaluate Output before relying on it, especially for any decision with financial, regulatory, legal, or safety implications. Output is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

As between you and AritheAI, you own the Output you generate from your own Customer Content, subject to these Terms and to the rights of any third-party model providers. Identical or similar Output may be generated for other users; we make no claim of exclusivity in Output.

7. Our intellectual property

The Services, including all software, models (other than third-party foundation models), interfaces, designs, text, graphics, logos, and the AritheAI, AriChat, and AriOps marks, are owned by or licensed to AritheAI and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no right or licence is granted to you.

8. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party service providers (including hosting, payment processing, and AI model providers). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, and your use of any third-party service or content is at your own risk and subject to that provider’s terms.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and all Output are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AritheAI, its affiliates, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

AritheAI’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) the fees actually paid by you to AritheAI for the Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (ii) one hundred euros (EUR 100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AritheAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your Customer Content, (b) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.

12. Term and termination

These Terms apply from the date you first access the Services and continue until terminated. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Services to you is no longer commercially viable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we may delete your account and Customer Content in accordance with our standard data retention practices. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5–11 and 13–15) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or by posting a notice within the Services) before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, except that we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property rights.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any order form or commercial agreement referencing them and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AritheAI relating to the Services and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
